同じようにビールとワインの間にも、たくさんの味わい・色合い・つくり手の営みが広がっています。レストランというこの場所で流れる時間や、誰かと何かを囲む空気を、少しずつ見つけていきたいと思っています。
ともすると、ものごとを独占しコントロールしようとしがちな私たち人間社会の中で、私たちなりの飲みものと食事、サービスをフィルターとして、自然と人間のバランスを見つけていこうということがテーマです。
幡ヶ谷という街で、永く風景として愛されるような場となるよう願いを込めて、はじまります。
There are infinite gradations between black and white.
Similarly, there are many flavors, colors, and craftsmanship between beer and wine.
I want to gradually discover the flow of time in this restaurant and the atmosphere of sharing something with someone.
In human society, where we tend to want to monopolize and control things, the theme is to find a balance between nature and humans through our own drinks, food, and service.
We are starting with the hope that this will become a place that will be loved as a part of the scenery of the town of Hatagaya for a long time to come.
Drink
ビールとワインを、同じ線で描く。どちらも、自然の力を借りて発酵でできたお酒。
SENNEでは、“ビール”とも“ワイン”とも言い切れないような”その間のもの”にスポットをあて、その行間を料理とともに表現しようとするレストランです。
地下のセラーで温度と熟成に向き合いつつ、タップレスでサーブします。
Beer and wine are drawn along the same line. Both are alcoholic beverages made through fermentation with the help of nature.
At SENNE,we focus on something that cannot be described as either “beer” or “wine,” but rather as something in between, and we strive to express that nuance through our cuisine.
We serve our drinks tap-free, while paying close attention to temperature and aging in our underground cellar.

熟成による豊かな酸味や、果実味やタンニンが感じられるお酒を、料理とともに。
人の手の及ばない自然と、人の想いとそれを表現する技とのバランスを、ひとつの大きなテーブルを囲みながら、ゲストとともにに見つけていきます。
Enjoy drinks with rich acidity, fruitiness, and tannins that come from aging, along with the food.
We'll find the balance between nature that's beyond human control, people's thoughts, and the skills to express them, while sitting around a big table with our guests.
