A long time ago, SAKAHACHI was a craft Japanese sake brewery. We’d like to brew sake again, and make sake known and popular the world over. as a first step, we made kyoto before9. and now make tokyo meguro another8 at an old garage between Gonnosuke-zaka and Gyonin-zaka.

A Japanese traditional townhouse“Machiya” in Kyoto (BEFORE9) and a former garage in Tokyo (ANOTHER 8), Both of them once finished their roles in the course of the times. but now renovate as a new space ,and we’d like to offer this place as where people can enjoy artisanal sake. this is a mission of another8 project.

let’s enjoy Japanese craft beer, Japanese sake, and tokyo fujimaru craft wine served with original dishes, with the standing tables ,the countertops and the sofa seats, and listen to music of the vinyl records. We believe you will enjoy the community of people who gather here at another8 to take pleasure in life.

Starting with both of new another8 in tokyo and before9 in kyoto, we hope to spread our message out to the wider world !
